Where is the emergency cut off switch on a 1991 mitsubishi montero LS?

Ok it does not fire all the time, and theres no power gettin to the fuel pump. any suggestions on what i can try? and is there an emergency cut off switch?

Unless you have some sort of security system, there is no emergency cut off switch. See if the fuel pump relay is energizing and go from there.
