Can you put a turbo and a cold air intake on a 427 engine?

Is it possible to put a turbo and a cold air intake on a 427 engine that would go into a 1968 Chevy Nova SS,if so how much would it boost the Horsepower?

Anything is POSSIBLE so yes it can be done.
There will be no magic horsepower gain number like there is in video games. This is dependant on the size of the turbo, the quality of the intake components, and other limitations relevant to the individual
