72 c30 chev pu new alternator barely charging, 2 new batteries,fuses ok,connections and wires seem good?
with winter coming would be nice to turn on headlights, heater and wipers. when i turn on wipers they are slow, as if not enough juice. ampmeter shows some charging when engine revs but not enough to read positive. alternator tested ok. external regulator.
