I have an old hot water radiator with a leaking bleed valve that has no knob. How do I replace it?

I originally opened the valve with pliers to bleed the air that was causing clunking noises. I tried to close it again when the heat came on full-blast, but now the valve is stuck, and it's leaking muddy water. How do I fix this?

in plumbing, little issues become big ones real fast!! - (its not mud, its rust) you might want a pro. you will need to shutdown the heat system, possibly drain it. then replace the valve.
