Can mixing different color coolants break your radiator? ?
I have an aluminum radiator which was full of blue coolant for a long time. I drained all the blue from the radiator and the reservoir but not the little bit in the engine(or wherever it is). I then replaced it with DEX pink coolant for aluminum radiators.
That DEX coolant (developed by GM) is absolute garbage and will very likely destroy your radiator. Especially if its aluminum. Aluminum radiators are very good because they almost last forever, but DEX cool for some reason is very corrosive. Anything
