N54 in a '1976 BMW 2002?
i just bought a 1976 BMW 2002. it needs alot of work done to say the least. im a rookie at taking an old car and making it work, and engine swapping. the original engine idles nicely, but since the clutch went out, i have no idea how the engine drives.
If the original engine runs nicely and its just the clutch that went out, i would say just replace the clutch. The original engine fits that car really nicely in my opinion.
