Where is the Carbon Air Filter on a 2006 Chrysler 300 Touring?

Sorry, yes it is Cabin. I took my vehicle to JiffyLube they were unable to locate it.

I think you mean the Cabin Air filter and it is located under the cowl. the cowl is the plastic part under wiper arms. You need to remove the section of the cowl that is on the passenger side. You should see some screening for an air inlet on the part
