Are ford focus Engines the same as a engines in the newer Ford rangers?
I know the layout are different. I was hoping to use a 2.3 out of a 01+ ford ranger using cosworth duratec parts? Wondering if were possible.

I believe you can. But I think the Ranger's head is not meant for high performance. It's different compare to like the Mazdaspeed3 motor.
