How do you get the crank pulley off of a 1995 dodge neon i have tried a 3 jaw pulley puller and it didnt work?

well if you used a three jaw puller on the crank pully you destroyed it and will have to replace it.. they have rubber in the middle and they take special puller that screw into the 3 holes in the center of the pully . Pulling it with a jaw pully on
