2003 dodge caravan heater blower fan not working. Fuses good, heater resistor good, blower motor good?

all speeds not working but my mechanic did temp fix he hooked up power directly from battery to the relay. Now the fan stays on all the time draing the battery over night.

you need to change the inside switch on it,that's whats causing that to happen,those was real bad to cause that too happen and i have seen people literally spend a few hundred bucks trying get that problem repaired,you can pick up a complete control unit
