can 3.8 mustang engine parts hook up to 4.2 f150?

i have a 4.2l f150 and i cannot find hardly any performance parts for this truck id like to know if a 3.8l mustng headers, supercharger or turbo would bolt on to my trucks engine.

the turbo and supercharger should but def not the headers
