99 ford escort zx2 radiator fan went out,should i replace the fan only or the radiator and the fan bought and can i drive my car in this condition?

You need to test for power at the fan and the relays. You could have a blown fuse or relay or switch. If you have power at the fan, then the fan motor is defective, just replace the fan motor. If no power, then you need to locate where the power ends.
