where can I buy parts for a ford ranger 2.8L diesel engine in north america?

2003 ford ranger 4X4
I've checked the ford dealer and all the usual places and aftermarket auto stores. I purchased the truck while stationed in Argentina but can't find anyplace that stocks parts for this small diesel engine.

NAPA, Advance, Auto Zone, or probably almost any other auto parts store.
