oil and filter for my kawasaKI NINJA 250?

Can I just buy the oil at Canadian tire? Or do I need to go to the dealer ship? Filter I asssume I need to go to the dealership. Please tell me what type opf oil exactly, where to get it, how much $ and how much for the air filter.

I own a Suzuki GSXR 750, I use full synthetic Castrol 5w30.
You can purchase this at all auto parts stores and costs
about $20.00 for the 5 quart container. The air filter and the
oil filter will need to be purchased at the dealer,
