My ruuning taillights are out in my 04 Maxima. Checked fuses and they are all good. ?

Also AC and CD lights on DAsh are out. Where is a good place to start to figure out whats wrong. Without taking it to dealership.
When my headlights are on my taillights are not

take it to a regular mechanic.
