what is the purpose and function of the ignition control module and the ignitor? this pickup wont fire at all. The coil is new and when i test the wiring i get 12 volts coming to the coil on oe of the wires, but theother wire will not shw up as either
to start from the beginning, the coil does ground through the case of itself to the body or frame of the truck. the ignition control module controls the power to the coil to delay or advance the release of spark. the igniter is pretty much an extension
