Questions regarding Jeep liberty diesel?

I'm considering purchasing a Jeep liberty diesel. The one I found is an 06, 85k miles (little high), 2.8 liter. My questions: Good price? Will I be able to pass emissions? Anyone out there have one of these with higher mileage? any issues? What should

You can still pass emissions with high mileage, just make sure everything is up to date on the Jeep.
