The Oil Cap on my Car seems to be Stuck On as its been Sitting one year, if i cant find Pliers what do i do?

Also, on this 1985 Jaguar XJ6 4.2, i wonder if anyone knows where the Oil Filter will be, and Drain Bolt, so i can do an Oil Change on my Old Oil?

At that point, what Grade should i use? 5W-30.. or something Heavier?

As far as the oil filler cap try tapping on it lightly with a hammer.
