How do I get the power steering pulley off of my 99 Oldsmobile Cutlass, is there a tool or do I need a shop?

My buddy says I need to take it to a shop that has a machine press to get the pulley off of my power steering pump, is this true or is there a simple tool that can do this?

There is a tool. Its a puller that goes into that groove on the snout of the pulley. Many parts stores will rent tools like that for free if you buy parts. You usually pay for the tool but get 100% credit when you bring it back.
