1994 honda civic 1.6 vtec, car was running great then turned off car now car wont start.?

Im not getting any fuel to my engine. my fuel pump wont turn on, I replaced the pgm-fi main relay. that didn't work, the relay clicks when i put power to it. replaced the fuel pump, put power to the pump, it works. car wont start, the car wants to start

do you know for sure that you are not getting fuel? you may have flooded the engine out trying to satrt it. yes, you can flood a fuel injected car.

try this--hold the accelerator pedal on the floor as you crank the car. don't crank for
