2001 Saturn SL1 radiator fan keeps blowing fuse?

Alright so my saturn's radiator fan just suddenly stopped working.

Saw that it was the fuse, replaced it, it broke again. Replaced the coolant sensor in the engine (yellow and black wire...) and that changed nothing. The fan works fine

Change ther fan reley.
