Install From Janitrol thermostat to Trane thermostat

My janitrol thermostat comes as follow

That is easy to installed if my trane comes with the same letters,

You have six wires. I will assume that the T-Stat is heating and Cooling. The red wire is your hot lead from the transformer. The other wires are for fan on-fan off, heat only, cool only. Get a color wiring diagram on line from Trane , enter the model
