what is wrong with my breaks?

i went to a mechanic to change my brake pads.
wagner premium ceramic brake pads.

anyways, all of a sudden i noticed a weird noise.
when i have my foot on the brake at a red light, if i step on it harder, i hear a weird noise,

It sounds as if one of the new brake pads is loose. Maybe one of the retainer clips has broken. You need to get it back to the mechanic ASAP.
