What type of transmission fluid should I put in a 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX?

Hello, my dad wants to know what type of transmission oil he should be putting in his 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX (manual, 5 speed?)

I have been looking on the internet for hours and there is no specific kind it says, please tell me the name

I use one quart Penzoil Syncromesh, one quart Redline Lightweight Shockproof, and 1.7 quart regualr 75/90 gear oil. It's a formula that has been used by many on NASIOC and I must say my cars shift better and smoother than any other oil I have used.
